We are paid in advance. That is how a senior counsel is committed to your matter from day one instead of after it escalates — but it means you are trusting us before you have seen a result. So the refund, not a withheld balance, is what protects you.
If we do not remove a URL within the timeline agreed for it, the entire fee for that URL comes back to you. You do not have to give us a reason, and we will not offer you more work instead of your money.
If seven of ten come down in time and three do not, you are refunded the full fee for those three. You are never asked to write off a URL because the others succeeded.
A platform, publisher or court declining to act is our risk, not yours. That is the whole thing you are paying us to carry, so it cannot also be the reason we keep the fee.
On written request. Where the legal work runs through our partner law firm, your fee sits in that firm’s account and the refund is released from there.
If we assess a case as not legally actionable — before starting or partway through — we return the whole fee and tell you so, rather than spending it finding out.
Withdraw instructions while the clock is still running and 75% comes back, with 25% retained for work already done. That is a cancellation charge, not a cut to the promise above: once the deadline passes you get everything. Nor does it apply where the facts you gave us were wrong in a way that defeated the case.

Not all removals are the same difficulty.
Removing a directory listing and removing investigative reporting carried by a national masthead are not the same piece of work, and it would be dishonest to price them as though they were. The packages above cover standard-complexity removals. The hardest category is quoted separately, and we would rather tell you that here than after you have called.

Most online reputation firms in India bill a recurring monthly retainer to suppress content — pushing it down the search results with SEO while it stays live. RepuLex charges a fixed fee to legally remove it. The difference is structural, not cosmetic.
