Work at India's Only Legal-First ORM Firm
RepuLex sits at the intersection of law, digital rights, and advocacy. We are building a team of advocates, legal researchers, and case managers who believe that reputation damage is a legal wrong — and that permanent removal, not suppression, is the only legitimate answer.
Work at India's Legal-First ORM Firm
RepuLex is not a typical startup or a conventional law firm. We operate at the intersection of IT law, platform governance, and digital rights advocacy. Every case we handle has direct, measurable impact on a person's livelihood, career, or business. The urgency is real and the stakes are high.
We maintain a deliberately small team because this work demands depth, not breadth. Every team member is expected to develop genuine expertise in online content removal law. We invest in that development because our clients depend on it and because the field is evolving rapidly — new platform policies, new court precedents, new intermediary guidelines.
Confidentiality is not a policy at RepuLex — it is a structural feature of how we operate. Every team member executes an NDA on day one. Case discussions happen in secured channels. Client identities are compartmentalised. If you are the kind of professional who takes discretion seriously, you will be at home here.
What It Is Like to Work Here
Legal-First Culture
Every decision at RepuLex is grounded in legal principle. We do not take cases we cannot win, we do not overpromise, and we do not compromise professional ethics for revenue. You will work in an environment where integrity is non-negotiable.
High-Impact Work
RepuLex cases directly restore reputations and livelihoods. A fabricated news article removed. A false Glassdoor review taken down through court order. A professional's career protected. The impact of your work is immediate and measurable.
Specialist Expertise
You will develop depth in a field that sits at the intersection of IT law, defamation law, platform governance, and digital evidence — a rare and increasingly valuable specialisation in Indian legal practice.
Flexible Engagement
RepuLex works with empanelled advocates and professionals across India on a case-by-case basis. We welcome both full-time and independent engagement models, depending on the role and the individual's practice setup.
Open Positions
We maintain a small, high-calibre team. Each role demands precision, discretion, and genuine expertise. If no current opening matches your profile, we encourage you to write to us — we consider exceptional candidates on an ongoing basis.

Application Process
Email your CV and a brief cover note to hello@repulex.com with the subject line "Application — [Role Name]". Include your Bar Council enrolment number if applicable.
We review all applications within 5 working days. Shortlisted candidates are contacted for an initial conversation — typically 20–30 minutes by phone or video.
For advocate roles, we conduct a brief case assessment — a hypothetical scenario relevant to our practice area. This helps us understand your analytical approach and knowledge of relevant law.
All candidates who progress to the engagement stage execute a Non-Disclosure Agreement before any further case details are discussed. This reflects the strict confidentiality obligations at RepuLex.
RepuLex is an equal opportunity employer. We evaluate candidates solely on the basis of professional competence, ethical standing, and alignment with our legal-first values.
