This Disclaimer is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, including the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023, the IT Act, 2000, the Advocates Act, 1961, and all other applicable Indian law in force as of 1 March 2026.

1. No Legal Advice

The content on this website — including articles, blog posts, resource guides, FAQs, case studies, and service descriptions — is provided for general informational purposes only. It does not constitute legal advice and must not be relied upon as such. Every legal situation is unique; the information on this website may not be applicable to your specific circumstances.

For advice specific to your matter, please engage a qualified legal professional. RepuLex strongly recommends obtaining legal advice before taking any action based on the information found on this website.

2. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Accessing this website, submitting a contact or consultation form, or communicating with RepuLex via email, phone, or WhatsApp does not create an attorney-client or solicitor-client relationship. Such a relationship is formed only upon execution of a formal engagement letter and receipt of agreed fees, as described in our Terms of Service.

Until a formal engagement is confirmed in writing, any information you share with us is not protected by attorney-client privilege and should not include sensitive legal strategies or privileged communications.

3. No Guarantee of Results

RepuLex makes no representation, warranty, or guarantee — express or implied — that the use of our services will result in any particular outcome, including:

  • Removal of specific URLs, content, images, or reviews from any platform or search engine.
  • Favourable search engine ranking changes.
  • Success in legal proceedings, court orders, or platform decisions.
  • Protection against future reputational damage.

Outcomes depend on numerous factors outside our control, including the policies of third-party platforms (Google, Meta, Glassdoor, Justdial, etc.), decisions of courts and tribunals, and the conduct of opposing parties. Results referenced on this website — including statistics and case descriptions — are illustrative of past performance only and do not guarantee similar future results.

4. Anonymous & Fake Review Removal

RepuLex assists clients in the legal removal of anonymous, false, defamatory, and malicious online reviews posted on platforms including Google Business, Glassdoor, Justdial, MouthShut, and others. This is done through lawful means including legal notices, platform takedown requests, and court orders as permissible under the IT Act 2000, BNS 2023, and applicable platform terms of service.

RepuLex does not engage in or assist with the removal of genuine, truthful reviews, regardless of how negative they may be. Suppression of true consumer feedback is unlawful under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and RepuLex strictly disavows such practices.

Success in anonymous review removal depends on platform cooperation, applicable court jurisdiction, and the nature of the content. Timelines and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

5. Accuracy of Information

RepuLex endeavours to keep all information on this website accurate and up to date. However, laws, regulations, platform policies, and legal precedents change frequently. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or currency of information on this website.

RepuLex disclaims all liability arising from reliance on any information appearing on this website. You should always verify current legal requirements with a qualified advocate.
