  removed at all, and RepuLex says so rather than taking the fee.

Payment terms: fees are payable in advance. The client's protection is the refund rather
than a withheld balance:
- Non-delivery — 100%. If RepuLex does not remove a URL within the timeline agreed for that
  URL, the entire fee for that URL is refunded, even where a platform, publisher or court
  refuses to act. RepuLex's own view that removal is still achievable does not reduce this
  once the timeline has expired.
- RepuLex declines the matter — 100%. If a matter is assessed as not legally actionable,
  before starting or partway through, the fee is refunded in full.
- Client withdraws while the timeline is still running — 75%, with 25% retained as a
  cancellation charge for work already performed. This is a cancellation charge, not a
  reduction of the 100% above; once the deadline passes the client receives 100%.
Refunds are calculated per URL and processed within 4 working hours of a written request.
